The 3552CB has a figure-8 pattern and a frequency response that is flat from 30 to 14,000 Hz. The Potofone 3552CB ribbon transducer is of a unique design that minimizes the signal path, from the front to the back of the ribbon.The Potofone is manufactured and hand-assembled in the USA from state-of-the-art transducers, transformers and materials.

  • Fine non-magnetic stainless steel grills set into a machined anodized 6061 aluminum housing with molded high abuse end caps. Internally shock suspended, non-ferrous magnet motor armature eliminates stray magnetic fields and unwanted eddy currents. Included open-front external shock mount allows for close mic placement and an unimpeded sound path.
